Igor Gonçalves e Gil Nunes - Bistrô. (Camila Santos/CASACOR)
According to the theme of
CASACOR 's 2021 exhibitions, "
The Original House ", sustainability is one of the essential pillars in the construction of environments. Thus, the
25th CASACOR Espírito Santo follows the concept of the edition by prioritizing
sustainable coverings that imitate wood. . Of the
32 environments in the exhibition , 14 favor MDF panels over wooden ones, bringing warmth and sustainability to the compositions. Environmentally friendly, MDF is increasingly sought after by architects and decorators because it uses reforested wood fibers in its manufacture. At CASACOR ES, Placas do Brasil panels also stand out because they
come from 100% renewable Eucalyptus forests and because printed with patterns inspired by the wood of the forests of Brazil. Rich in detail, the coverings express the Brazilian way of being, the culture and the exuberant natural beauty of Brazil.
