This is the Yrupá residential complex, located in one of the most sought-after spots in Florianópolis: between Praia Mole and Lagoa da Conceição . The project values sustainability and the preservation of its surroundings, presenting a new concept of living.

When seen from above, the residential complex will be practically camouflaged amidst nature, thanks to its approximately 6,300 m² of green roof , a landmark in the civil construction of the capital of Santa Catarina and also one of the largest green roofs in Brazil.

With approval of the AQUA-HQE seal , the building follows a rigorous list of 14 categories of Environmental Quality of the Enterprise (QAE) and the implementation of an Enterprise Management System (SGE), which also includes the construction site, reducing the environmental impact throughout construction.
