New Zealand engineer Peter Lewis has developed a technology to transform plastic into blocks . It is a modular platform that compresses the material, and the blocks fit together like Legos. The startup claims that the manufacture of the ecological brick, called " Replast ", has 95% lower carbon emissions than ceramic bricks; and it can be used in various projects, whether for houses or buildings, as they are very hard and resistant.
