The features of The Golf Village, located in Riviera de São Lourenço, on the coast of São Paulo, are numerous:

The housing development by the Crego Painceira Developer and Construction Company was designed by architect
Mariana Crego and is the first residential development on the coast of Brazil to receive the double AQUA-HQE certification. The French seal audits the project and construction of the condominium in more than 200 items, divided into health and well-being, comfort, architectural performance and environmental impact, among others. sustainable .
The houses have an atrium with a water feature and internal landscaping that favors light and air circulation in the surrounding rooms.
Mashrabiyas isolate one building from another, combining privacy, ventilation, lighting and design.
The floors were divided in such a way as to separate the noble and leisure areas from the private areas. The highlight is the penthouse, which has a suite, a spa and an outdoor area to receive guests or admire the view. All units have parking spaces. with sockets to charge electric cars. The basement is a place that has space for all services, such as laundry, garage, storage and hobbies.
Sustainable condominium
Each year, the condominium will use 1,936,080 liters of rainwater,
which generates savings of 63 thousand liters per residence . In addition, during the execution of the work, 1,625 m³ of waste will be recycled, which totals 90% of the total material.
The measure eliminated the use of 325 dumpsters of rubble that would have gone to landfills. “The houses received special sustainable treatment, bioclimatic architecture, design and international certification, which harmonize with human beings and the environment. The condominium also combines health and well-being with sustainability, design and exclusive materials,” says the architect.
Also noteworthy is the flooring made by Oskar Metsavaht, founder and creative director of the
Osklen brand, used for the first time in Brazil, with a shape inspired by nature and reminiscent of the design of a stone.
The lighting project was designed for each room, in a discreet and elegant way, and highlights and enhances details of the architecture, furniture and objects. The pendants brought from Andalusia, all covered in straw, are a highlight.
