Transformed into a boutique hotel for this 32nd edition of CASACOR Rio – the third consecutive one held there – the Palacete Brando Barbosa gained nine bungalows in the garden that house different types of accommodation. The only thing they have in common is the construction method: they were made with residential and sustainable thermoacoustic modules , which allow for dry, quick and easy disassembly , causing almost no interference with the landscape.

The assembly is temporary (it will only remain there during the event, which runs until October 15) and is notable for its versatility – since the nine bungalows have completely different interior and facade designs . Similar to containers, these metal modules – provided by CMC Modular – are delivered already customized according to each professional's project, which allows for a clean and fast construction.

And, of course, the Rio de Janeiro cast didn't hold back on creativity. The duo Hannah Cabral and Monique Pampolha , for example, used muxarabi to cover the entire façade; Adriana Esteves opted for raw stone; and young Mariana Teixeira and Pedro Pantoja opted for cement in a customized tone that gives it a more rustic feel. Angela Leite Barbosa and Daniel Marques Mendes even took advantage of the module's roof, creating a living area and a green roof in their bungalow.

In the interior design, the decoration also changes a lot: more classic and sophisticated in the project by Júlio Teroni ; stripped down, in that by Victor Niskier ; contemporary, in that by Gabriela Eloy ; cozy in that by Leila Dionízios ; and clean, in that by UP3 Arquitetura .
