The CASACOR 2025 Sustainability Report is now live, a document that specifies the socioenvironmental practices promoted at the exhibition in São Paulo during the year 2025. The report reflects the brand’s journey of transparency and leadership and attests to its commitment to ESG practices through data and metrics that detail achievements, advances, and challenges with the goal of reducing impacts on the projects, expanding social impact, and strengthening governance and the value chain.

In line with the 2025 theme, "Sowing Dreams", which invited reflection on building a more conscious future, connected to nature and to the essential, CASACOR São Paulo positions itself as a laboratory of solutions for the future of living, articulating architecture, design, and landscaping with concrete strategies for impact reduction, urban regeneration, and the promotion of inclusion.

The data presented reflect not only the scale of the event, but also the evolution of an agenda that, year after year, becomes more integrated into the operation and curation of the exhibition, consolidating sustainability as a central pillar of its action and legacy.

Beyond the exhibition

The 2025 Sustainability Report also marks the presentation of the CASACOR Institute, an initiative that expands the brand’s role beyond the exhibitions and positions it as an active agent in urban preservation, in valuing historical heritage, and in developing projects with continuous socioenvironmental impact. The creation of the Institute reinforces a long-term vision, in which architecture, design, and culture begin to operate as permanent tools for transforming cities.

On the climate front, CASACOR achieved full carbon neutrality for the edition, by offsetting 100% of inventoried emissions. The strategy was complemented by the Green Tickets initiative, which enabled the public to also offset the impact of their travel to the event, promoting awareness and active participation of visitors in the environmental agenda.

Among the highlights, attaining the Zero Waste Certification reaffirms CASACOR’s commitment to the circular economy. In 2025, 99.8% of the waste generated was diverted from landfills, the result of a structured operation of sorting, repurposing, recycling, and donating materials. The rate demonstrates a rigorous management standard and positions the event as a reference in sustainability in the sector.

The social agenda also takes shape through concrete actions for inclusion. The exhibition ensured 100% accessibility in its spaces and received the Accessibility Seal, reinforcing the commitment to a universal experience and to the creation of spaces that welcome different audiences.

In the field of education and social engagement, CASACOR strengthens its formative role by promoting educational activities in partnership with ETECs, open and free to the public. The initiative broadens access to technical and creative knowledge, bringing students and visitors closer to essential topics such as sustainability, architecture, and innovation, and consolidating the exhibition as a space for learning and exchange.

Next steps

Governance serves as the structuring basis for all these actions. The report presents clear goals aimed at transparency, responsible management of the value chain, and the strengthening of ethical practices, demonstrating CASACOR’s maturity in conducting its ESG strategy.

For 2026, CASACOR highlights the goal of achieving the GBC Life certification, which should further consolidate the brand’s commitment to international sustainability standards and to the continuous evolution of its processes and impacts.
