The land located amidst buildings in San Isidro, in the north of the province of Buenos Aires (Argentina), had a rectilinear layout, without side openings. The solution designed by
BAM! architecture to take advantage of the area without losing green spaces was to create a house that takes advantage of the topography, where a
garden connects all the floors .

The courtyard on the ground floor connects to the first floor and the roof creating a
green terrace with a soft design. Outside, the native vegetation is irrigated with stored rainwater and, on the top floor, an
open area with a bench that allows the resident to enjoy the surroundings.

Glass walls maintain
thermal insulation , bring nature inside and increase the incidence of natural light.
Green also helps balance the building's temperature, helping to
reduce energy use .

In the back, the
pool is accompanied by a
fireplace and plantations cultivated by the resident.

The bedrooms are on the first floor: the master suite faces the central garden, while the bedrooms overlooking the back are protected by
louvers on the facade .

Solar panels , in addition to providing electricity, also help with heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Discover this and other sustainable practices on CASACOR's Instagram:
