The building's energy consumption is 60% lower than for similar conventional factories, while emitting 55% less greenhouse gases than a comparable factory.

On the green roof there are around 900 solar panels that will generate approximately 250,000 kWh of renewable energy per year.
Furthermore, the plant will reuse 90-95% of the water used in production. This makes the project “ Paris-proof ”, aligning it with the global goals set out in the Paris Agreement to halve emissions by 2030.

The building combines Passivhaus energy efficiency strategies with a streamlined, robot-assisted production line, which, according to the firm, reduces its energy consumption by 90% compared to a conventional factory.

Unlike most conventional industrial buildings, there are no fences, borders or confidential facilities at The Plus. Full transparency everywhere!
