With the mission of bringing sustainability closer and generating solutions to accelerate the low-carbon economy in Brazil, the AYA Earth Partners initiative is launching, in São Paulo, the country's first green economy hub, which is located in Cidade Matarazzo . The AYA Hub building, which occupies 2,500 m² and has three floors and a rooftop , is integrated into a green area with three hectares of Atlantic Forest and connected to a 7,000 m² multipurpose event space. Covered by vines made of molded concrete, the building is a great reverence to nature and the need for people and businesses to connect with the forest. This is expressed in the architecture and in all the choices of materials for the construction of the building, which had an investment of R$180 million. “It is symbolic that this space is in São Paulo and in the Matarazzo complex, as it represents a transition from the successful creation of an industrial era, which drove Brazil's development in past centuries, but which is no longer sufficient in the face of the challenges we face today,” says Alexandre Allard , businessman and partner at AYA Hub.
