In addition to being recognized as the most complete exhibition of architecture, landscaping, art and design,
CASACOR is also
a reference for its sustainable actions . At
CASACOR São Paulo , even after the end of the exhibition, the
sustainability agenda did not take a break. Proof of this is attested in the
2022 Sustainability Report , in which the organization lists the brand's achievements and
direct contributions , as well as results related to
environmental and social issues .
CASACOR São Paulo's sustainable actions
In recent weeks, CASACOR São Paulo's main social partner, the
Fazendinhando Institute , delivered the
renovation of a 4 m² house to resident Francisco da Silva, known as Tiquinho, in the Jardim Colombo region, in
Paraisópolis .
The residence was created using materials taken directly from Ester Carro's project at CASACOR São Paulo 2023:
Espaço Motirõ .

After the exhibition, the architects removed
coverings, cobogós, wiring, electrical finishes and countertops as donations. Many of the products used in the space also went to the homes of the civil team members who helped build the space.

Other social impact actions took place during this year's event, starting with the
sale of tickets for the avant-première in partnership with
Diversa, Arte e Cultura (DAC) , a social organization focused on promoting human diversity, and donations to the Fazendinhando Institute in the amount of
R$1.00 for each ticket sold.
A series of lectures, courses and training were also part of the sustainable agenda with the
main sponsors to discuss topics related to sustainability and promote improvements, as well as accessible and free visits
for more than 1,600 students from ETECs in São Paulo. Last but not least, CASACOR São Paulo was awarded the
Zero Waste Certificate for the third consecutive year and the unprecedented
Accessibility Seal at an event focused on
Zero Carbon .
