Graduated from the University of Caxias do Sul and with a period of studies in Spain, the architect
Saymon Dall Alba , 34 years old, decided to invest during the pandemic in a new housing concept:
luxury cabins .

The
need for isolation was a key point for the project, which began in the Serra Gaúcha and is now spreading throughout Brazil, in states such as São Paulo and Ceará. The changes in habits caused by the pandemic emerged from the need to create
places of lots of comfort and
on routes outside the big cities . For those who want a change of environment, but don't want to give up the comfort of home.

The constructions are
covered in natural wood and
exposed concrete . The works are characterized by
shorter execution time and for being cleaner, with
reduced debris , in addition to
easy mobility in steeper topography. Inspired by the concept of
gampling , a type of
camping but with comfort, the cabins are like a true luxury camp. In this way, harmonizing opposites and achieving “the dream of a house in the countryside, but with some advantages”.

With abundant light and wide visibility of the Cerro da Glória landscape,
the building is entirely focused on the landscape with great exclusivity, a characteristic that permeates all of Saymon's projects.

The house is completely covered in
glass panels that allow you to enjoy the view. And the highlight is the
glass cube-shaped bedroom that guarantees a panoramic view of the place, from sunrise to sunset.

The architect leads a team of five architects in Caxias do Sul and has a
purpose focused on connections between people . “Each project needs to have meaning and personality, to be an extension of the person who will live and interact with it. It needs to have a soul.” Saymon Dall Alba is a debut architect at
CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2022 with a
Functional Lavatories project.
