For the second consecutive time at CASACOR São Paulo , Renan Altera , from the Altera Arquitetura office, presents "Ecos do Passado", a 71 m² multifunctional loft that combines historical architecture and modernity , promoting reflections on sustainability and tradition. The theme " From the Present, the Now " guided the creation of "Echoes of the Past", reflecting on cultural heritage and its influence on the present and future. The space integrates symbolic elements with contemporary design through a timeline that covers different historical periods arranged in each room.

The loft is divided into a living and TV room, kitchen, fireplace and wine lounge, bedroom and spa bathroom, all integrated in a fluid way. The architectural journey begins in prehistoric times, with cave textures, passing through antiquity with the idea of "Our home is our temple", and continuing through periods such as the Roman, Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical, each represented by characteristic elements.
