While many students worry about graduating in the last semester of their architecture course,
Quintino Facci was ahead of the curve: the current architect already owned his own business, served major clients and was even invited to participate in
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto in 2021. .
Now a graduate, the then student not only made his debut at the show while he was still in college, but also won the award for "
Most Beautiful Environment at CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2021 " in the online vote: an achievement he did not expect to receive, as he commented in exclusive interview. But after all, who is the
youngest member of the CASACOR Ribeirão cast who won the most beautiful environment of the edition? Below, check out a little of Quintino Facci's story!
Entrepreneur at 17

As soon as he entered college, Quintino said that he immediately felt a
desire to become an entrepreneur . He started studying renders on YouTube and got an internship right at the beginning of the course, in the interior design area. After five months, the studio where he worked decided to hire the tool that Quintino used to render, and he was the one who was responsible for advising and teaching his colleagues. Right away, the student thought: "if they need this [rendering course] ], other offices may need it too." Having identified the need that for him became a great business opportunity, the architect began to study more about
digital marketing ,
information products and
entrepreneurship . At the end of that same year, he launched an e-book called "
Manual da Reforma Barata ", which did not reach not even close to sales expectations. "I only had 1,200 followers on Instagram, I didn't appear much on social media, I was so embarrassed, so I didn't sell much. I was very frustrated," he commented. Today, the architect has more than 175 thousand followers on Instagram.
The frustration didn't last long, and months later he decided to open his own 3D Studio. In one night, he single-handedly created the company's logo, Instagram and set a daily target of contacts he would make with architects offering renderings. "In six months I left the internship, I already had six people working with me, and I decided to open my own office."
Challenges of the pandemic

The office opened in January 2020, and at the end of February the pandemic began in Brazil. "I almost turned inside out, it was a punch in the stomach." Despite the challenges, Quintino did not let himself be shaken and
invested in his business. , hiring an architect to work in the office doing projects – since before the company was only focused on 3D.
One of Quintino Facci's most notable projects was the renovation of the office of digital
influencer and current BBB contestant
Jade Picon . He said that he contacted Jade's team via email to do the renovation and soon after a person from the team, who I already followed his projects on Instagram, Quintino's portfolio made both the influencer and her partner "go crazy".

Quintino was the youngest architect to participate in CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2021 , and he said he was "ecstatic" with the invitation, but that at first he declined for financial reasons. Three months later he got a deal to exhibit the
loft he wanted so much . But not everything was perfect: Quintino said he faced difficulties, especially in relation to suppliers. "With four weeks to go before the start of the show, the person [who would be responsible for the carpentry] said he wasn't going to do it. I went crazy."

Unfortunately, the partners with whom Quintino had already worked were no longer able to help him because the factory deadline was 120 days. He found a carpenter at the last minute, printed the project and began to design it piece by piece with the professional.
Winning design: Feminine and romantic without being obvious

For many professionals,
CASACOR is a space for creativity, trends and, above all, for leaving their mark on the world of architecture. Quintino decided to show his essence and pay tribute to a very important person in his life: his girlfriend Waleska, with whom he has a relationship for over six years.

"I always wanted to do something for her and decided to surprise her." When he created the layout, he chose a
"W" shape , the initial of his girlfriend's name, and designed the spaces separated by kitchen, living room and bedroom.

The carpentry gave life to a series of curvatures in the space, which Quintino explained served to represent feminine curves. At the entrance to the space, a
large fragmented painting (2.2m x 2.4m) displayed the image of Waleska. On the side, an
artistic installation with several photographs of leaves brought life and delicacy and served to "remember stories. There were 47 photos of the same leaf. The idea was to show the pieces of history that you cannot recreate."

The aroma of the environment was created by combining the perfume that Waleska uses with other aromas that Quintino enjoys, and it seems that it wasn't just the couple who liked the result: "
it was CASACOR's best-selling essence ", he said.
