As part of the CASACOR Campaign to Appreciate Customer Service Professionals , the event organizers held a closing brunch for all receptionists, sales promoters, F&B professionals, ticket operators, cleaners, security guards, firefighters and waste managers.

A total of 239 service professionals were invited to the meeting, which included the delivery of participation certificates and certificates of professional excellence at the event.

"The Campaign to Appreciate Service Professionals aims to recognize the excellence of the work provided in the most complete exhibition of architecture, interior design and landscaping in the Americas through certification for those who stood out," reveals Alessandra Cerqueira, coordinator of the group.
This group of people is essential to the success of the event. "For me, the Campaign to recognize customer service professionals is more than just recognizing their excellent work; it is a way of thanking them for their commitment to the CASACOR brand. It is to highlight that these professionals are a fundamental part of this great achievement that is CASACOR," adds Alessandra.
