The modernist style emerged in the first half of the 20th century and is characterized by its simplistic and practical form, as well as its clean appearance and futuristic furniture. Among its other characteristics, straight, parallel and perpendicular lines are present; in addition to minimalism; the colors black and white and shades of gray, brown and beige; and influences and conversations with Scandinavian, industrial and vintage styles. But what really marks modernism is the freedom of expression of design and art in mixing choices. Based on this, some professionals revived the concept and brought the atmosphere to their spaces at CASACOR Brasília 2016. Check out some of them!
