With a trajectory that is intertwined with the history of
CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul , the architect from Rio Grande do Sul
, Luiz Sentinger, will be participating in the event for the 20th time in 2021. At the show, which this year takes place between
September 24th and November 7th at the Old Santo Antônio Children's Hospital, the architect will design the space
"DECA - The Heart of the House" , a
kitchen designed to bring family and friends together in special moments. unique.

"CASACOR RS is a
unique showcase that increases the visibility of my work. It is always a way for us to show a
new vision through projects that challenge us in the constant search for improvement", says the architect.

"With each participation, the responsibility grows and thus we renew ourselves in the market. This is because, in each project, we find a blank canvas where we can produce without limits, with
creative proposals that represent our best ideas and our dreams", he adds. .
Choosing the highlights among so many environments presented is no easy task, but Sentinger considers some of his participations as the
most memorable moments of his career. Check it out below!
50 LOFT
In 2014, the architect presented
"50 LOFT" in celebration of his 50th birthday. In this edition, he designed a complete
loft thinking about his own routine and needs.
"My experience was the starting point. The idea was to create a home for a single man, with
practicality ,
comfort and good taste ", he explains.
To read and drink
When CASACOR RS reached the milestone of 25 editions, in 2016, its environment at the show was the
"Para ler e beber" (To read and drink) . A total space of 58m² intended for moments of relaxation and pleasure.
"We created a special environment to
welcome friends , with a comfortable atmosphere with
a sofa , television and
fireplace . In addition to corners for the magic of reading and enjoying drinks," he says.
SUPERLOFT
In 2017, another important project: the
"SUPERLOFT" . A large, fully
integrated open plan to enhance coexistence between residents. In this work, the interior
design style was directly influenced by
Budapest. The use of
dynamic lines and the appreciation of
organic shapes and structures , striking features in the architecture of the capital of Hungary, served as inspiration and reference for the creation of the loft that occupied a total area of 165 m², offering sophistication in materials and comfort to the resident. .
Gaia House
In the 2019 edition, at
"Casa Gaia" , organic shapes, fluid lighting,
earthy tones , overlapping textures and other elements that are part of nature were highlighted.
"In this project, we started with a commitment to
sustainability . We reused materials and only discarded what was necessary and in a sustainable way. Furthermore, it was a challenge that allowed us to make the most of the
original characteristics of the existing construction," he explains.
Here, the architect also dared to use a
large red corridor as access to a total area of
230m2 , highlighting design works, art and landscaping in collaboration with
Katiane Pinheiro and
Maiara Ferrari .
