CASACOR Santa Catarina has just opened its doors to visitors at The Spot One, a new development by AJRealy, the developer of Almeida Junior. The residential complex is the first in the South of the country connected to a shopping center, Balneário Shopping, where the event will be held
until July 23 . The 27 environments designed on three floors of the building were based on the main theme, "
Body & Home ".
Of the confirmed names, nine offices are making their first appearance at the Santa Catarina exhibition . Learn more about their projects below!
1. Singular Loft, by Ágata Cipriani
Inspired by the modern woman, Ágata proposes in her
80 m² loft several perceptions starting from the "I" as the home of the soul. The space is
multisensory and was designed to be an
apartment for living , entertaining, celebrating, with elegant versatility and functionality for everyday life.
“We opted for
sober colors and
natural materials , or those that are reminiscent of nature. Using the natural wood ceiling and floor, we created a sober base for us to work on the other aspects of the layout. The curved wall that surrounds and delimits the loft bathroom space was painted in neutral tones with texture, outlining the volume of the bar, which is accessible from all spaces. Another interesting point is the Patagonia marble wall in the home, which is super exotic and adds a touch of texture to the space, along with the bed in printed natural leather. Glass furniture designed by the office also stands out in the space,” explains the architect.
2. Gourmet Opponere, by Bia Kestering
Bia Kestering - Gourmet Opponere. (Lio Simas/CASACOR)
Architect
Bia Kestering addresses the duality of choices and materials in Gourmet Opponere. The duality of feelings was transformed into reality in the space created by the office, which operates throughout the state, highlighting the
search for a balance between extremes . The Brazilian travertine marble countertop that houses the
cooktop was sculpted in a less obvious way, resulting in an exclusive design piece.

In an environment with abundant light, generated by a
tensioned screen that simulates the natural effect , the light tones of the materials are highlighted. Separated from the gourmet area by a partition of steel cables, in yet another opposing combination of materials, the other side of the project is presented in the lavatory, whose color Rosa Capri, by Tintas Coral, demonstrates the power of the choice. In the same tone, in the farewell to Gourmet Opponere, there is the macramé panel designed by Laiz Alionço. "We work with
neutral and timeless colors , cutting-edge appliances, and versatile, high-quality furniture. The choice of accent colors is also balanced, which allows visitors to connect with them," he explains.
3. Lorena Residence, by Bianca Rieg
Memories of her grandparents' farms in the interior of Santa Catarina make up the ambiance of architect Bianca Rieg. "Morada Lorena", the name of the street where the family home is located,
tells the story of the professional in the living room , designed with organic shapes, earthy tones and a personal and emotional collection.
4. Living ID, by Casa de Areia
The identity of the Casa de Areia office is revealed in the
textures and
organic color palette in the layers that make up the "Living ID" environment. According to the professionals, no space is more important than our home, so it is important to create environments
that are as beautiful as they are functional . The exotic rock surfaces, leather, natural weaves and spot lighting translate the art of living with elegance, prioritizing comfort.
5. CREAM Color, by Francielle Iost
The
CASACOR fragrance store called "Cor de CREME", with products from Mels Brushes, marks the debut of architect Francielle Iost at the event. In a monochromatic combination of cream tones, the space is connected by its
straight and curved shapes and
completely soft and indirect lighting. The use of large vegetation in the interior, together with the minimalist design of the authorial furniture, makes the space convey tranquility. An environment designed to combine fluidity, neutrality, minimalism and sophistication.
6. Man Cave by Quality Home, by Keli Maksimiuk and Rafaela Rosa
Interior designer
Laccy Silva is a veteran of exhibitions, but this is his first time in Santa Catarina. He brings together his experience accumulated over years in the market at Loft CigarBlues. The space portrays the home of a mature man, full of stories to tell and who loves culture, knowledge, smoking a “habano” and listening to the Blues. In addition, it is a
tribute to aesthetics, beauty and the result of five decades dedicated to the craft of interior design.
8. Memories that belong, by Manuela Dal Pizzol and Marice Gandin
Another environment with a refuge feel is "Memories that belong". Architects Manuela Dal Pizzol and Marice Gandin propose a
break amidst the chaos of the modern world . They invite visitors to slow down and reconnect with life and nature.
9. Studio Inspira, by Jennifer Ryberg and Dóris Poli
Architects Jennifer Ryberg and Dóris Poli have created the
first podcast studio in Santa Catarina. The 48 m² Studio Inspira is functional and will be
a meeting point for InspiraCast conversations , a podcast that brings inspiring stories of people who are making a difference in their fields.
“Studio Inspira is an environment that invites its visitors to be inspired, share ideas and grow together. The inspiration when designing the space was to create an environment that
went beyond the limitations of traditional podcast studios , which are dark and closed. Instead, we created an
open and integrated lounge . The space invites people to gather and talk, promoting connection and the exchange of ideas,” the architects pointed out. The "Corpo & Morada" season of CASACOR Santa Catarina | Balneário Camboriú will be open to the public until July 23, at The Spot One, a residential development attached to Balneário Shopping. Tickets to visit the exhibition can be purchased directly at the box office of the Santa Catarina exhibition.
