The
CASACOR Ceará announces the professionals who will design the projects for the 2025 edition, set to take place from
October 2 to November 16 at
Rua Tibúrcio Cavalcante, 607, in the Meireles neighborhood of Fortaleza. Following the success of 2023, the venue returns reinterpreted with a new proposal for occupation, reinforcing the show's commitment to innovation, creativity, and dialogue with the challenges of our time.
The theme of the 2025 edition, "
Semear Sonhos", invites the roster to reflect on bioarchitecture, sustainability, and new ways of inhabiting. The proposal is to think of a
multispecies city, which respects the cycles of nature and proposes more conscious, poetic, and integrative spaces.

With a total of
33 projects, CASACOR Ceará 2025 will present residential, commercial, and leisure spaces with authorial solutions and engaging narratives. Among the spaces are the large Praça Parque designed by artist
Narcelio Grud, the Casa Fina Casa of
Paloma Estrela in partnership with Fina Casa Revestimentos merging innovation in materials and the aesthetic sensitivity of the professional, and the restaurant of
Ana Virginia Furlani, which combines gastronomy and architecture in an immersive sensory experience.
Ticiana Sanford signs the new bar with bold ambiance and one of the main meeting points of the show, and architect and activist
Stephanie Ribeiro debuts from São Paulo directly at the Ceará show with her Arena that will bring a lot of culture and identity.
The show also celebrates promising debuts, such as
Amanda Rodrigues (Dining Room) and the duo
Carolina Andrade and Thayane Oliveira (Stylist's Studio), in addition to reinforcing the presence of veterans with renewed proposals. This is the case of
Roberto Pamplona Jr., with the Couple's Wing;
Kel Oliveira, with the project "Moura Doubeaux"; and
Ney Filho, with the Bungalow. The projects reinforce the theme "Semear Sonhos", proposing conscious, affectionate, and creative ways of inhabiting the present and imagining the future.
About the theme: Semear Sonhos
The show's concept proposes new perspectives on living, promoting
the balance between ancestry, technology, affective memory, and sustainability. The idea is to cultivate collective and individual dreams through architecture, design, and landscaping, sowing ideas that blossom into more conscious and inspiring ways of living.

CASACOR Ceará 2025 will again occupy number 607 of Rua Tibúrcio Cavalcante, in Meireles, with a new proposal for occupying the land. The projects will be presented to the public from October 2 to November 16.
