Brunete Fraccaroli wins architecture award in London

After a 2024 filled with awards, Brunete Fraccaroli begins 2025 with the same brilliance by winning another international award, this time in London. Winner of two different categories at the Americas Property Awards last year, the Brazilian architect had one of her projects chosen to compete at the ‘Regional Level’ of the award, meaning it is considered the best project in its region, the highlight of the Americas, and then compete at the ‘International Level’, potentially winning the highest category of the award, at a global level. The project that competed and has already won one of the categories, being considered the best among all the participants of the International Property Awards for 2024-2025, was her project of Presidential Suite of Unique Garden, which had already won the category Interior of Hotel Suites for Brazil last year. At the Americas Property Awards announced in 2024, Brunete also won the category Residential Interior Private Residence for Brazil, with her loft project, ‘Transcendendo Épocas’.
