Anna Luiza Rothier – Balcony of the Couple. Multiple functions mark this environment: space for dining, relaxing, receiving guests and enjoying nature. The climate is very tropical, as the space's original railing has been replaced by a planter filled with palm trees and philodendrons. In front of the door, the table and the extended family room create an open-air living room. (André Nazareth)
Balconies are by definition a leisure area, where integration with nature is essential. As an extension of the house that reaches the garden , balconies are perfect for enjoying the sun and outdoor life. To decorate this space, architect Anna Luiza Rothier chose to reinforce the tropical atmosphere already present in the 12,000 square meters of gardens at CASACOR Rio . To do this, in addition to natural colors, she added a planter where palm trees and philodendrons were grown. The sofas, armchairs and dining table make the Balcony of the Couple an open-air living room.
In the outdoor area of the Dining Room and Balcony , Chicô Gouvêa opted for loose and versatile furniture , which has no limits for combinations. In addition to the sofas for relaxing, a woven straw dining table was inserted in the gardens and is the perfect place for meals. Full of Brazilian flair, the space values national design with pieces by Sérgio Rodrigues .
