Vertical gardens are always a good option for areas where there is limited space for horizontal planting, meaning they can be grown in a backyard or even on an apartment balcony. In addition to all the benefits of biophilia , a green wall can also attract a large biodiversity of species, such as bees, ladybugs and other organisms in the same food chain. For those who are thinking about creating their own green corner at home, landscaper and interior designer Elaine Kalil - part of the CASACOR SP 2024 cast - teaches how to create an ideal composition for a semi-shaded garden.
