The landscaping prioritizes native species and highlights fruit trees, such as pitangueira and jabuticaba.

CASACOR Franca 2017.

Two new landscapers have joined the cast of CASACOR São Paulo . Luciano Zanardo, from the Zanardo Paisagismo office, is responsible for the Dragon Tree Garden . Mônica Costa designed the “ Time ” Garden. The theme Planet Home is the starting point for professionals this year, guided by the pillars of affection, technology and sustainability. In this sense, landscaping emerges as a perfect expression of this concept. It reaffirms the importance of connecting with nature, of respecting the environment and living in more lively spaces, proposing innovations in materials, construction techniques and in the use of the environment itself. Mônica Costa will present the “O Tempo” Garden very close to the Jockey Club clock, where the exhibition will be held. The space will overlap different temporalities, bringing symmetry and other classic landscaping elements, in dialogue with ancestral and modern items. Mônica Costa has already participated in other franchises, such as CASACOR Franca 2017 and CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2018 .
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2018. Toscana Arauco Restaurant - Mônica Costa and Ângela Dorascenzi. Mônica created a tropical garden with bromeliads, banana trees and foliage that decorate the surroundings of the water mirror, sculpted with hijau stone pebbles.

Another newcomer is the Zanardo Paisagismo office, which is responsible for the Jardim dos Dragoeiros . The name refers to the Dracaenas dracco, which will be the main species in the project by landscaper Luciano Zanardo, originating from the Canary Islands, Madeira and the Azores. There will also be a guaranteed place for the native Brazilian flora, represented by the Erytrina speciosa tree and others.
