Landscaping has become increasingly popular in recent years, especially among younger generations – there is a growing desire to bring plants closer to home, in indoor gardens. The urban jungle has become a lifestyle worldwide. In addition to providing health benefits, plants bring life to decoration, as shown by CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2019.

There are four environments in which vegetation is responsible for providing well-being, such as Jardim das Lendas , by Leticia Vieira and Claudio Saladini . In 248 m², the space proposes that tropical landscaping be the setting for high-design furniture grouped in small living areas. The garden is located right next to the Hercílio Luz Mansion , recently restored and enhanced with different species of landscaping by Benedito Abbud . "The landscaping merely creates a delicate frame so that the architectural beauty of the volume and details of the mansion can appear in all their splendor," explains the professional.
Landscaping is a balanced part of the interior design at Living Paradise , by Yael Gossis and Marisa Lebarbechon . The contemporary decor with a classic touch is complemented by Preserved Vegetation – that is, natural plants that have undergone a preservation process, as Yael comments. "The idea was to create an indoor flowerbed, but without natural lighting, the water drainage and waterproofing system would be a challenge. That's when the idea of preserved plants came up."

Plants are also part of the decor at Pizza para Todos , by Sandra Coral , Julia Zanette and Rodrigo Martins Gheller . The urban forest atmosphere, with tropical plants and large leaves, gives the space a natural freshness and coziness. The space reinforces the idea of a food hall, where the layout was designed so that the customer can follow the entire pizza production process.
