A trend in terraces and gardens,
landscaping with stones is a way of bringing nature in its most diverse forms to outdoor area projects that include greenery in an atmosphere of comfort and well-being. The practice of using rocks in gardens is common, including in residential projects, but it is possible to combine
landscaping with stones in gardens in commercial and corporate environments. And the
CASACOR team knows this very well, exploring this combination in small and large areas in the best possible way. Below, see 7 garden projects that use stones for inspiration!
Tropical Oasis - Rolled pebbles and Amazon stone
Landscaper Thiago Borges used two types of stone to create his
Tropical Oasis . The smaller ones are
rolled pebbles from the interior of Ceará, while the larger ones are
Amazon stones . Full of life and freshness, the garden has a composition that is pure harmony, and was a true jewel at
CASACOR Ceará 2019.
Forest Garden - Palimann Pebbles and River Stones
Landscape architect Bia Abreu used pebbles to create a modern and delicate garden, capable of creating a true connection between people and nature. The
garden was a gift for the LG Connected Home , exhibited at
Janelas CASACOR São Paulo 2020, and featured different species – such as Philodendron (
Philodendron hederaceum ), Açaí (
Euterpe oleracea ), Monstera deliciosa (

Brazil of Origin - River Stones
Named
Brasil de Origem , the garden designed by KalilFerre Paisagismo rescues the native Brazilian forest in an inspiring project that marked
CASACOR São Paulo 2018. Around 1,500 seedlings were used to cover the
153m² of extension along with rolled granite stones. The landscapers opted for different species such as Heliconias Bihai and Caribaea, Cyclantos, Calatheas and Philodendrons such as Guaimbês and Ondulatum in a
sustainable construction process without generating waste .
Tartuferia Garden - Cave Stone
Rustic nature is the star of this stone landscaping project designed by Bia Abreu for
CASACOR São Paulo 2018. The landscape architect invested in exotic and elegant foliage that perfectly matched the "
cave stone " walls and floor. Sophisticated, the
Tartuferia Garden also has four
rope armchairs that reinforce the natural atmosphere of the space.
