Having a vegetable garden on the terrace, a small plant in the backyard or even a robust garden is already something quite common in the outdoor areas of Brazilian homes. With the pandemic, nature invaded the interior of homes and is here to stay . Two years after the beginning of social isolation, what was once a trend is now quite consolidated. In addition to using plants in decoration , several solutions have emerged to reclaim the origins and create a connection between humans and nature inside the home. Below, we have separated the main trends identified at CASACOR in natural elements:

Natural fibers and fabrics

The use of straw , linen , ceramics and other fabrics and coverings has gained momentum in interior decoration. Several professionals have invested in this idea to create a texture that is pleasant to the touch and that creates a direct connection with nature.

Earthy tones are more vibrant than ever in several CASACOR projects. The name itself says it all: it refers to the earth and nature . Betting on these colors helps to bring the warmth that many people previously believed could only be found by leaving the city and visiting the countryside.

Organic forms

Rounded shapes were a design trend in 2022. In addition to bringing a lighter and more modern look to the project, the use of organic shapes contributes to better circulation of space.

Stone is a rougher material, used mainly in outdoor areas, but it is more present than ever in CASACOR's indoor environments . The use of stone helps to create a direct connection with the primitive and natural , and also contributes to a milder climate because it absorbs heat.
