The
CASACOR São Paulo 2025 invites visitors to a sensory immersion in
contemporary landscaping. Among the historical buildings of Parque da Água Branca, 13 gardens propose
new perspectives on the city, time, and coexistence with nature — at scales ranging from the intimate to the monumental.

More than beauty, each project presents
reflections on
sustainability, ancestry, and well-being. Check below how professionals translated these ideas into forms, species, and unique experiences in the gardens of CASACOR SP 2025.
1. Sowing the Future – Simone Campos Landscaping
At the entrance of the exhibition, two gardens with 165 m² materialize a more inclusive and safer São Paulo. Created by a landscape designer born near the
Parque da Água Branca, the project combines rest squares with ergonomic furniture, fruit trees, and draining floors, as well as LED lighting and water fountains for people and pets.

2. Soul Garden – Helena Elias
In the 154 m² of the Soul Garden, contrasts create balance: sauna and cold bath, wood and iron, work and rest. The deck leads to a
intimate bar, while native species help to form microclimates that reinforce thermal comfort. The proposal suggests a symbiotic coexistence between nature and the city.

3. Forest of Silence – Mauro Contesini
Inspired by the sounds of pines and the silence of a
Japanese forest, the 302 m² garden preserves the serene atmosphere of the place. Charred wood,
artworks, and a sculptural staircase in marble and quartzite guide the visitor through a
contemplative and sensory experience.
Mauro Contesini - Bosque do Silêncio. 4. Tropical Garden – Elkis+ Landscaping
The
organic path among species like alpinias, aspleniums, pleomele, and ravenala transforms the 500 m² into a
sensory trail. With tropical textures and aromas, the garden proposes a
fluid and intuitive pause, respecting the pre-existing projects and inviting observation of nature.

5. Lounge Água Branca – Mônica Costa Landscaping
The shadow of the sibipiruna shelters a 71 m² lounge that unites memory and sustainability. Tropical species, certified wood, and furniture by
Jader Almeida compose a
welcoming space in front of the registered facade, where design and landscape connect lightly.

6. Paulistano Patio – Pedro Rabelais Landscaping
In this 34 m² garden, landscaping
fills the voids between architecture and nature. Tropical vegetation grows freely over metal beams concealed by greenery.

7. Dream Mirror Garden – Paula Varga
Solid wood furniture, demolition stained glass, and
retro tiles translate the
affectionate gaze of the landscape designer for the 46 m² garden. The ceramic nests and the shade of the brazilwood reveal the fusion of memory, flora, and artisanal aesthetics.
(Bia Nauiack/CASACOR)
8. Discovery Garden – Estúdio Musgo
Mirrors, fire pit, fountain, and a soapstone bathtub mark the 148 m² garden as a
space for introspection. With native species and symbolic elements, the project promotes sensitive contact with time, nature, and self-knowledge.

9. Symbiosis Garden – Kawai Landscaping
In this 161 m² garden, green asserts itself with
vitality. Sculptures from the Agglomerations series by curitiba artist Bruna Mayer, wooden paths, and tropical volumes create a space where the natural and the built coexist. The idea stems from the desire for cities that breathe like forests, with plants as the protagonists.

10. Imaginary Nature – Roberto Riscala
Sculptural vases suggest
green skylines in the 127 m² garden. The blocked staircase transforms into a
sensitive path that unites art and vegetation. Riscala proposes a future where progress and planting walk together, with works by Bia Dória and vibrant canvases
by Gogó and Pimpa Alcântara.

11. Alameda Garden – Catê Poli and João Jadão
Located between the two main buildings of the exhibition, the 160 m² garden is a
breathing square. Tropical foliage, trees like jabuticabeiras, and
special lighting at dusk create a welcoming environment, reinforced by organic furniture and repurposed planters.

12. House of Waters – Tetriz Architecture
The 41 m² garden functions as a
extension of the concept bathroom created by the office. The lateral landscaping brings freshness to the space inspired by the flow of water. Natural materials and tactile textures evoke
shelter and calm sensations amid the exhibition.

13. Stone Circle Garden – Zanardo Landscaping
With 373 m², this is a garden that reveres
spirituality through nature. The stone circle with northeastern rocks and the two gardened livings create a
narrative of belonging, connecting the sacred and the contemporary with national design furniture.
