An essential part of the
CASACOR experience are the gardens. As a respite from the exhibition, the gardens allow for a reconnection with nature and with oneself, while also introducing lush greenery into the compositions and bringing them into the home. At
CASACOR Minas Gerais 2023 it is no different: five gardens make a difference and have stolen a place in our hearts.

Nãna Guimarães and
Pedro Moreno , a duo of landscape architects in charge of a
welcoming garden that anticipates the nostalgic tone of a visit to the mansion. Created in homage to Dulce Ferolla, the matriarch of the family who built and lived in the house that houses
CASACOR Minas in 2023, the project invites visitors to take a
brief pause right at the mansion's façade.
Native Brazilian plants , with a special emphasis on the precious ecosystems of the Atlantic Forest and Cerrado, are part of the composition.
Rich in textures, volumes and contrasts,
Flávia D'Urso 's garden is inspired by the tropics – a tribute to the rich Brazilian flora. Designed in a loose, natural and exuberant way, with aracias, marantas and other species with wide leaves, the garden is a
place of refuge , while at the same time drawing a parallel to the feelings and experiences of those who enjoy it.
Wanderlan Pitangui designed a garden to complement the restaurant's atmosphere. With a unique aesthetic and creative use of materials and techniques, the garden highlights the use of
ferns in pots that combine metal with the delicacy of origami art. The garden is responsible for creating a feeling of
freshness and
vitality in the environment.
The
fusion of natural elements , such as fire, foliage, stone and water, are striking features of
Victor Thauan 's garden. As an invitation to peace and tranquility, the garden aims
to connect humans and nature , contributing to promoting quality of life. Highlights include the presence of the stone wall and the water element, which create a connection with the green present in the plants and also with the fire.
