Every day, humans are increasingly seeking
to connect with the environment . This trend is also seen in
architecture , where the use of the concepts of
biophilia , which explores proximity to nature as a path to well-being, and
Wabi-sabi , a Japanese philosophy that focuses on simplicity in harmony with nature, has grown. At
CASACOR Goiás 2023 , the two philosophies are evident in the
different gardens that appear in the spaces of the edition. Discover five of them below!
1. Garden of Encounter, by Gui Mesquita and Pablo Cássio
This garden extracts elements from nature, lighting, plants and terrain to transform them into art, inspiring visitors to
appreciate a landscape that simulates nature. The ethereal path of pebbles is reminiscent of the winding and
fluid bed of water in valleys and the elevations resemble the mountains that make up the Brazilian forests.
2. In the Shadow of the Flamboyants, by Leandro de Paula Araújo
Developed with the aim of providing a place to
contemplate, be, meet, see friends or simply rest after the inspiring
CASACOR route, the landscaper presents a project that refers to the charming Araguaia Avenue of the 1970s. The 3,500 sunpatiens treat the eye to around
42 thousand flowers , from pink to carmine, which frame seven species of brazilwood.
3. Resort Space, by Shoraya Canêdo
Inspired by the natural habitat of flora and fauna, landscaper
Shoraya Canêdo presents an environment that evokes the interaction between humans and nature, providing diverse sensations for the mind and body. The project was developed based on the
Urban Jungle trend, gardens within enclosed spaces.
4. Morada Deca, by Nando Nunes
Cacti are a highlight in the
winter garden of the
Deca space, which received the landscaping signature of
Fabiana Bellini .
5. Events Square, by Kelícia Deógenes
