Garden receives landscaping that borders the flamboyant tree planted by the resident

In this project by Simone Campos – a professional from the CASACOR São Paulo roster – the landscape design takes on the role of an affectionate embrace that integrates the client’s memories into the home’s architecture. Everything began with the flamboyant tree, planted by the owner herself, which now serves as the great emotional anchor of a plot where she also built the house and the pool.

To honor this story, the landscape intervention embraces the outdoor area with layers of textures and colors, transforming every corner into a living setting.

Around the house, the beds form a tropical belt composed of monstera and peace lilies, which bring the freshness of deep green, contrasting with the vibrant yellow of shrimp plants and the fragrance of clerodendrum. At strategic points, the project adopts an aesthetic that evokes a “beach vibe,” using ponytail palms and New Zealand flax over a base of gravel, ensuring a sculptural, low-maintenance look.

Functionality also gains aesthetic contours in the solution found for the equipment room: generous planters with Australian rosemary, frangipani and azaleas — which guarantee flowers throughout the year — camouflage the technical installations.

The visual journey culminates at the pool area, where the composition of large stones, pebbles and dense vegetation creates a multicolored panorama.
