Contrasting the gray of the city with a green area option with native vegetation from the Atlantic Forest, Jardim Lobato , located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood, in São Paulo, presents the proposal of a hanging garden that, strategically positioned on the 27th floor, provides a view panoramic view of the city , being the highest private garden in the city.

The construction is entirely designed in a green way and carries the idea of sustainability in its identity, meeting the requirements to obtain the EDGE seal (certification for sustainable building projects - created by the World Bank for emerging countries).

“Its suspended square recreates a landscape of the Atlantic Forest typical of the heights of the Serra da Bocaina , located on the border between the states of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, becoming a refuge from the city within itself . In addition, it has all the the infrastructure needed to provide security, tranquility and comfort”, explains biologist and landscaper Ricardo Cardim.
