An
old building has been completely renovated and converted into a set of short-term holiday apartments that aim to reconnect guests to nature with a lush landscaping design. Located in the center of Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam, the hotel designed by
Studio KA features beautiful tropical plants cascading from the balconies of each of the apartments.
In this way, the facade and the internal area become a true
green oasis – a practical demonstration of how the
urban jungle is more than a decorative element, and can also function to offer fresh air and tranquility to the architecture. The
320 m² plot also has a
curved swimming pool that gives guests the opportunity to make the most of the green area in the best possible way.
From the outside, the undulating facade
gives the project organic lightness . The curves are also brought inside, featuring the building's balconies. Each of them has a unique shape that was planned to prioritize the growth of trees and other tropical plants.
When added to natural elements, such as
wood , and large open-air spaces, natural vegetation celebrates the
