“It was an old house in the Bixiga neighborhood, very culturally strong in the neighborhood, and it is in a strategic point: it is close to Paulista, the central area of São Paulo and is easily accessible. I was changing space, I was growing, I didn't want a commercial building and I thought: what if it was a house? A house with personality”, explains landscaper Clariça Lima , who is part of the CASACOR cast, about choosing the address that now houses her office.

And, of course, as I work mainly with landscaping, there is nothing more natural than spreading plants throughout the building . “We came to cover the house with lots and lots of greenery and, even though it is in an urban area, we wanted people to feel like they were in an oasis,” he says.
The first detail that caught Clariça's attention in the new address was the wooden handrail and the stained glass window on the stairs.

“I am very passionate about old things, which were made by hand. I really like colors, personality, prospecting, finding all of this through furniture, tapestries, works of art, ceramics, details”, he lists.

So creating the space your way was natural. “Since we spend more time at the office - basically, we go home just to sleep - let it be a cozy, colorful place with personality . And with that, we can feel better, engage with well-being and work. So, let’s sell more, be happier and feel welcomed”, he concludes.
