Located in the interior of São Paulo, this
country house of
150 m² received a landscaping project signed by
Renata Guastelli – from the
CASACOR SP lineup –, which balances aesthetics and functionality, creating a welcoming
project integrated with the architecture. With a style that blends Mediterranean and tropical references, the composition values natural and structural elements, ensuring comfort and privacy.

The project was inspired by the client's taste for
Italian references, seeking to translate this aesthetic into the Brazilian context. For that, plant species were chosen that balance a classic style with a contemporary and functional approach.

The
main entrance stands out for the contrast between
blue windows and white brick walls. The
wooden pergola, surrounded by
climbing plants like
jew's slipper, provides shade and freshness. The
irregular stone path, interspersed with
lavender,
geraniums, and
Pampas grass, leads to the garden, creating a fluid and sensory path. Some
fruit trees, such as
pitanga, were incorporated into the space, as well as a special
vegetable garden, bringing a touch of practicality to the landscaping.

The project includes spaces for rest and contemplation. Under the pergola, synthetic fiber chairs promote coziness, while the
structured vegetation, with Italian cypress and palm trees, defines areas without compromising circulation.

A white marble fountain adds a highlight and movement to the landscaping. The stone paths interspersed with grass connect different points in the garden, reinforcing the integration between the
projects. The choice of
green Texas grass at the entrance contributes to a natural and organic transition in the path.

At the back, the pool with a wooden deck integrates harmoniously with the garden. Sun loungers arranged under umbrellas offer comfort, while strategically placed cypress trees ensure privacy without compromising natural light. The space was designed to favor moments of rest and well-being.

The selection of plants includes
lavender, geraniums, Pampas grass, Italian cypress, palm trees, and fruit species, guaranteeing a dynamic and easy-to-maintain garden. The species were chosen to provide blooming throughout the year and create a timeless visual. Additionally, a special corner was created to honor the client’s mother-in-law, making the project even more personalized and affectionate.
