Inspired by the theme Sowing Dreams, CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2025 transforms nature into language and raw material. Biophilia takes center stage and reveals itself in projects such as Casa Dimas, Praça Mergulho Urbano, Café dos Amigos, Jardim Concreto, and Jardim Sementes Brasileiras — each one being an interpretation of the connection between people and territory. The public is invited to experience new forms of coexistence, integration, and respect for the land.
Casa Dimas

Casa Dimas opens the path of CASACOR SC with a
proposal that unites architecture, ecological awareness, and spatial poetry. Located on the main facade of the exhibition, the
showroom house of Dimas Construções was built from the repurposing of the old wooden and glass structure, reinforcing the commitment to sustainability and resource preservation.
The
landscaping, integrated into the architectural project, transforms the projects into an
urban oasis: the central garden crosses the high ceiling and
connects the interior to the landscape, allowing for a sensory and fluid experience. Earthy tones, wood, and transparency create a space that welcomes and inspires.
Praça Mergulho Urbano
The office
Terraço Paisagismo proposes, amid an industrial shed, a
contemplation garden that challenges expectations. Praça Mergulho Urbano emerges as a
tropical refuge in the heart of the industrial area: mist, water mirrors, and aquatic vegetation create a dreamlike atmosphere, inviting visitors to dive into sensations.
The amber lighting, the suspended arch with a misting system, and the preservation of the original features of the shed compose a narrative about memory and renewal. The proposal, more than aesthetic, is a
complete sensory experience — a reminder that nature can thrive in the most unexpected places.
Café dos Amigos

Dez Arq.Design, Café dos Amigos translates the
spirit of coexistence and exchange that defines the theme of the exhibition. With
350 m² and abundant vegetation, the space recreates the
concept of a “garden city” on a social and welcoming scale.
Located in the heart of the exhibition, the café proposes a
meeting between architecture, nature, and coexistence, valuing
natural materials — wood, stone, artisanal ceramics, and tropical vegetation — in a project with a light and affective atmosphere. The large trees integrate the interior and the exterior. More than just a pause point, the café is a
space of belonging and celebration of human relationships.
Jardim Concreto
Interior designer Jeane Silva transforms a simple hallway of the exhibition into a
green and sensory refuge. In Jardim Concreto, nature imposes itself over the rigidity of urban material:
organic vegetation, natural stone, wood, and diffused light create an atmosphere of introspection and serenity.
With a palette mixing the gray of concrete, the green of vegetation, and soft blue, the space
invites visitors to slow down. The project proposes a reflection on the importance of "transitional spaces," which here become
moments of contemplation.
Jardim Sementes Brasileiras
Closing the circuit, the project Jardim Sementes Brasileiras — Connection and Belonging, by landscapers
Adriana Alves and Carolina Soder (from the O Jardim Paisagismo office), is an
ecological and cultural manifesto. With 350 m² and landscaping made
exclusively of native species from Brazil, the space celebrates biodiversity and ancestral knowledge.
Inspired by the garden cities of Ebenezer Howard and the cosmologies of indigenous peoples, the garden proposes a
new pact between city and nature, between modernity and ancestry. Elements such as a wall of artisanal bricks, a cast iron fountain, and ecological fireplaces compose a
landscape of belonging and identity. The use of adapted plants and rainwater harvesting reinforces the commitment to sustainability.
