Biophilia is nothing more than the perception that proximity to nature in living, working and relaxing spaces can significantly increase levels of well-being and emotional comfort. No wonder, we see more and more architectural and interior design projects that not only include but also develop around landscaping, with the rise of the famous urban jungles , going against urbanization as we know it and connecting to nature instead of distance yourself.

In this way, the demand for indoor gardens , office plants and buildings and homes covered in plants has grown exponentially – especially after the pandemic, when our capacity for resilience was put to the test within our own homes as we were separated from natural life. .
There are many ways to incorporate plants into architecture and interior design, as shown by the 30 biophilic environments at CASACOR 2023. In the gallery below, we have separated some of the greenest spaces from this year's exhibitions – whether living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, balconies and even bathrooms. With ideas that go beyond the exhibitions and can be implemented within your own home, CASACOR shows that a beautiful garden can not only contribute to health, but can also add to the aesthetic quality of environments. Check out the gallery and get inspired!
