There are only a few days left until the closing of the 38th edition of CASACOR São Paulo! Until August 3rd, the Água Branca Park hosts the exhibition that weaves architecture, design, art, and landscaping with the theme “Sow Dreams”. The good news is that there is still time to walk among ideas, stories, and materials that reveal a more sensitive future of living. With over 70 projects and multiple experiences, CASACOR SP proposes a journey that stimulates, welcomes, and inspires visitors of all ages. Here are five reasons to allow yourself this experience before it ends:

1. Theme “Sow Dreams”

The concept of the 2025 edition proposes a reflection on the future of housing and new ways of living. “Sow Dreams” guides the projects of this edition, encouraging professionals to create spaces that engage with contemporary issues such as sustainability, affection, and imagination. In the projects, this proposal appears on different scales: from compact homes to houses integrated with nature — using sustainable materials, technological resources, and affective memories. The idea of sowing dreams translates in CASACOR SP into the creation of more conscious, flexible spaces connected with people.

2. Projects with free entry

This year’s exhibition expands access to the public with about 30% of the total area available for free. There are 23 spaces in the “free circuit,” among gardens, artistic installations, restaurants, and even a tiny house. To visit these areas, just complete a prior registration at the ticket office. This initiative democratizes access to CASACOR’s content, encouraging the public to explore the Água Branca Park and interact with the spaces even without purchasing a ticket. It is a way to bring architecture and design closer to urban everyday life — promoting a broader and more accessible cultural experience.

3. Unique artistic installations

The edition also stands out for the presence of three artistic installations that create connections between art, architecture, and nature. In the garden designed by Vitor Kodama, artist Bruna Mayer presents a work from the series Agglomerations, made from laboratory cultivation of elements from the park itself. In addition to this, other creations complement this proposal: Juliana dos Santos transforms natural pigments from the Clitoria ternatea flower into sensory papers. Regina Parra occupies the circuit with the over two-meter high neon sculpture Terrifying Freedom. All these works stimulate perception and create visual dialogues with the surroundings.

4. Culinary curation

A visit to CASACOR São Paulo also includes varied culinary experiences. Cafés, Italian restaurant, artisan pastry shop, gluten-free kitchen, and a bar with signature drinks are among the options offered to the public throughout the journey. These spaces are part of the exhibition itinerary and were developed by invited architects and designers merging flavor, aesthetics, and togetherness. In addition to extending visitors’ stay, the presence of these projects reinforces the multidisciplinary character of CASACOR, which values complete and integrated experiences.

5. Commitment to sustainability

CASACOR SP maintains its commitment to the preservation of the Água Branca Park. All constructions are temporary and follow expressed environmental guidelines, including the maintenance of historical facades, accessibility, and respect for preservation laws. The integration with the landscape is a priority from the design to the disassembly. Among the highlights of the sustainable agenda are the Zero Waste certification (related to the 2024 exhibition, with 99.8% waste diversion from landfills), carbon neutrality, and the donation of materials to NGOs. Visitors can also offset their carbon footprint by adding R$ 6 to the ticket — an amount that represents the average emissions of the trip to the event. SERVICE – CASACOR SP 2025
