The CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2025 enters its final stretch after more than two months of intense programming, masterfully occupying the old passenger terminal of the Salgado Filho International Airport in Porto Alegre. Scheduled to close on July 13, this historic edition reconnects the city with one of its greatest architectural icons and presents the public with 40 new projects that celebrate the future of living with affection, innovation, and purpose. The last week of the exhibition still holds one of the most anticipated moments for the public: the Special Sale, a promotional action taking place from July 8 to 13, offering exclusive discounts on furniture, artworks, decorative objects, and appliances exhibited in the projects. With prices reduced by up to 70%, the Special Sale turns desire into acquisition — and brings home the refined curation that made CASACOR RS 2025 one of the most talked-about editions of the national circuit.

An occupation with soul, memory, and regeneration

With the theme Semear Sonhos, CASACOR RS 2025 transformed a dormant building into a stage for sensory and creative experiences. The reopening of the terminal, which had been closed since 2019, was not merely symbolic: it was also a gesture of reconstruction, as the space suffered damage during the floods that hit Rio Grande do Sul the previous year. The exhibition thus emerged as a poetic and urgent response to the present — with architecture, art, and design as tools for re-enchantment.

A week to explore, live, and take home

Besides the Special Sale, the last week of CASACOR RS 2025 continues to offer the public a program filled with experiences. Highlights include the Venzone Cucina restaurant, designed by Pollyana Pizzutti and Franciele Schmidt, with an Italian-American atmosphere and a curated wine list. The Café da Casa, curated by Chocólatras, invites for a pause and contemplation with creations inspired by cocoa. And the Bar Secreto, accessed through non-obvious routes, mixes art, music, and cocktails with the soul of a speakeasy. The exhibition also hosts the Art Space, which presents in this final phase works by Giuseppe Bessi, Andréa Brächer, Lurdi Blauth, and Maria do Horto Kuhn, in addition to the immersive installation from Design Week POA, gathering over 30 Gaucho designers under the curation of Felipe Helfer, Camila Farina, Giselle Padoin, and Julia Qualisoni.

Arena VOE Vessen hosts talks on architecture, art, and well-being

From July 8 to 11, the Arena VOE Vessen at CASACOR RS 2025 hosts a series of free talks on architecture, art, well-being, and sustainability. Curated by Club&Casa Design, the program gathers professionals and collectives discussing regional production, fashion, conscious practices, and art as an experience in interior design.
