Only a few days left until the CASACOR Rio is over. But there is still a lot to see at the Rio de Janeiro exhibition, which will be held at the Instituto Brando Barbosa until October 15. We have put together five unmissable tips on what to enjoy there – and they are even valid for those who have already visited the event. After all, there are 43 spaces decorated by some of the best architects, interior designers and landscapers in the city, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and cafés .
The House
For the first time in the history of CASACOR Rio, many of its spaces can be not only enjoyed, but
also experienced by visitors. This is the case at the
Piano Bar , Reception, Speakeasy and Pausa Pátio. These are spaces where you can sit down, order snacks, drinks and wine or simply let time pass by.
Sunset
The
late afternoon is one of the best times to enjoy the Rio exhibition. The lighting on the façade and gardens adds even more charm to the mansion that houses the exhibition, and you can also enjoy a drink in one of our bars.

Contact with nature
Located almost next to the Botanical Garden, the Brando Barbosa Institute is
surrounded by the Atlantic Forest . And its gardens have been given spaces that allow you to spend more time, listening to the sound of the birds and noticing the greenery that is even more lush after the intervention of our landscapers.

Gastronomy There are six different options: the
Brise and
Terrazas restaurants and Pátio das Lareiras serve the Cooking Buffet menus; for dinner from Thursday to Sunday, you can also order pizza at these spaces. The house drinks menu is available at the Bar do Jardim Gafisa.
Quintal (which combines a café and bookstore) is operated by Métiers Café and serves refreshing drinks, coffee, tea, snacks and breakfast (on Sundays). The Bistrô da Piscina has a more oriental feel with dishes by chef Écio Cordeiro de Mello. He is also in charge of the snack and drink menu served at the Piano-Bar, Speakeasy and
Pausa Pátio .

Art and design
The
city's largest interior design show is the best place to check out new furniture, objects, coverings, bathroom fixtures and, of course, the use of design pieces and works of art in decoration. With spaces designed by big names in architecture, interior design and landscaping (and many partnerships with art curators), each object used at
CASACOR Rio helps tell a story and
fill our visitors with creative ideas .
CASACOR Rio 2023 will once again take place at Residência Brando Barbosa, which, for this edition, has been transformed into a boutique hotel with 44 spaces decorated by some of the most renowned professionals in architecture, interior design and landscaping. The exhibition can be visited until October 15, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12 pm to 9 pm, and Sundays, from 10 am to 8 pm.
