TODOS Arquitetura signs triangular apartment in São Paulo

Irregularly shaped plans are always a challenge for architects. However, the professionals at TODOS Arquitetura – CASACOR team – used their creativity to develop the interior of the Piauí apartment, whose space has a triangular shape. Located in the Higienópolis neighborhood, in São Paulo, and built in the 1960s, the shape of the plant was the inspiration for the integrated layout created by the office. The living room, kitchen and family room are all together, forming a large social area. The porcelain flooring with a cement effect and exposed bricks create a contemporary and urban atmosphere, balanced by natural materials such as fiber rugs, leather and wood. .

Private areas were reorganized to accommodate residents in a more intimate and comfortable way. The master suite gained a large walk-in closet, bathed in natural light. The wooden floor and rustic finish of the cabinets were designed to create a connection with the outdoors and nature. . The guest room, a place that had no specific function until then, was transformed into a children's bedroom. With wallpaper designed by Sandra Jávera, the space gained cheerful and playful colors.
