combines the use of air conditioning with natural ventilation , either through the door or window, allowing cross flow. of winds and constant air renewal.
Most valued balconies
Spa Urbano - Sarita Ávila. CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. (Felipe Araújo/CASACOR)
In the search for an adaptable home,
balconies began to be used as
leisure retreats and open-air resting areas . At the exhibition in Ribeirão Preto, professionals will invest in these more structured spaces with special touches using
sustainable elements, unique and singular layouts, integration with other environments and nature, in addition to the presence of plants and vegetable gardens .

Whether for work, study, classes or business meetings, the
home office environment – little explored before the pandemic – has become indispensable within homes.
The use of
automation has been gaining more and more space in people's routines, and this process was accelerated during the pandemic period with the
search for comfort and practicality . By spending more time at home, residents were able to take advantage of this technology to their advantage as a
ally in the routine . In the exhibition environments,
automation will be used in practice and will serve as inspiration for visitors to invest in smart and automatic devices.
Gourmet Areas
A
functional gourmet space inside the home is the new trend that can be enjoyed once the pandemic is over. It is there where families can enjoy pleasurable gastronomic experiences, making this space an
indispensable area full of good memories . At CASACOR Ribeirão Preto, professionals will present new ways of exploring the environment.
