A story that marked the memory of the residents of Florianópolis, and also the vacations of tourists on the coast of Santa Catarina. The former
Hotel Maria do Mar , founded on February 5, 1981, by the couple Ivone Maria da Silva Pereira and Rubens Carlos Pereira,
says goodbye to the landscape of the capital of Santa Catarina : the site will be transformed into a residential development on the banks of João Paulo, by Dimas Construções, official partner of the edition, which takes place at the address from
September 17th to October 29th . But first, it will give space to creations based on the theme "
Body & Address ", which guided the professionals' creative process. The cast presents
32 environments in the itinerary with proposals for residential and commercial projects, artistic and architectural installations and landscaping. A diverse and powerful
cartography of affections that expresses memories, subjectivities, ways of thinking and occupying spaces and everyday relationships that arise from coexistence. To give you a taste of what this edition will present during the 45 days of the event, we reveal some

Casa Brisa, by architect
Gabriel Bordin , focuses on a fluid and integrated plan that frames the view of the sea.

Andressa Venturini debuts in this edition with the Pele Suite, maintaining the essence of the old Hotel Maria do Mar. Inspired by skin tones, she created an elegant and cozy environment to rest and still observe – through the wooden framed windows – one of the most beautiful sunsets in Floripa.

Michael Zanghelini designed the exhibition's official bookstore, called "Bleu, Reading Space". A space to highlight the variety and beauty of books.
A "Sensory Dive", literally, is the debut proposal from the firm
BCH Arquitetos , led by architects Betina Chede and Talita Coral. The professionals created a playful square, full of textures, natural materials, flowers and works of art created especially for the narrative.
The
Boulevard Arquitetura office – by the duo Barbara Soldi and Laura Floriano – explores the beauty of the sea, affective memories and organic curves in the Âmago environment.
The "Jardim Paraíso", project by architect
Franciny Koch , explores the abundant greenery of the Hotel Maria do Mar with a very harmonious composition based on natural elements.
The duo Chris Lago and Gabriel Hering create a version for the aroma store entitled "Um Tropical Oásis". Evoking the freshness of the vegetation present, through the choice of materials, the proposal is to offer an olfactory experience for visitors. The "Loft Coragem Bell Arte" brings a universe of vibrant colors that marks the partnership between architect
Eduarda Werner and Bell'Arte.
The PUB Confraria do Chopp Honesto by Arcelor Mittal is back on display with
André Lima ,
Beto Gebara (Gebara & Filártiga Arquitetos),
Luiz Fernando Zanoni ,
Mario Pinheiro and
Ricardo Fonseca (PSF Arquitetura) and
Wagner Barreiro . They promise a place to recharge your batteries and have fun. The Brotherhood’s 10th anniversary is also a reason to celebrate.
A tribute to Grandma Manoela. Architect
Giovanna Ghisleni materializes the matriarch's personal dream, bringing together all her desires in an affectionate proposal for the bathroom.
Studio Guilherme Garcia designed the ORIGENS living room, valuing national design in a unique way.
The
Kaz4 Group office expresses the contemporaneity of a current art gallery "Waves Art Gallery" with an eclectic exhibition of international and national artists, representing the symbols of artistic pluralism.
The
Le Nôtre Group contemplates the beauty of the landscape on the "Floema Terrace", encouraging visitors to connect with the surrounding nature.
Interior designer
Jeane Silva narrows the distance between the coast of Santa Catarina and the mountains of Minas Gerais. The "Sea and Mountain" suite has versatility in its plan to be built in both landscapes, with Azorean culture as a common element.

Mariana Maisonnave explores the scene on the banks of João Paulo, in Casa C(Alma). Its delicate and light aesthetic highlights the explosion of colors brushed by Nature.

Michael Zanghelini presents the "Forest House", filled with memory, art and technologically connected, it is a smart home with easy customization for residents.

Nicole Oliveira Arquitetura e Interiores + Jandyra Zanella Interiores Office designed the "Face Dressing Room". With the aim of being a meeting place for people who see art in everyday life, in a light, playful way and without losing elegance.
"Espaço BIO" is the creation of
Solidez Engenharia + Rosa Marimon . Betting on the concept of biophilia as "love of life", the environment promises to awaken good emotions.
The
RCK Integradas office, by Carolina Pellenz and Rafael Kreusch, materialized the "Perfectly Imperfect" environment.
Architect
Taiza Santos wants to provoke reflections on the theme "Body & Address". The artistic installation "Signs of Time" can be considered a preface to enhance visitors' senses and perceptions.
"Que Seja Casa" is the name of the living room designed by architect
Bruna Sposito , from Sum +Studio. The professional works on emotions using materials chosen with a sustainable footprint.

Natália Xavier is responsible for the Bath Room called "Poets of the Future by DECA". Modernist architecture guides the composition of the environment, with great elegance and relaxation.

Tiago Bortolança presents his extensive research into new materials, biophilic design, automation, artificial intelligence, robotics and lighting. As well as the parametric panel provided by Infinita Concept for the studio created in partnership with Floripa Mil Grau.
(A)Maria e o Mar Bistrô is the functional space created by the
Alpes Arquitetura office and marks the team’s second participation in the Santa Catarina exhibition.
ESSENZA epitomizes the art of hosting in a gourmet kitchen and movie theater setting. The project is signed by
Progetta Studio . The event is on display at the Hotel Maria do Mar, in the João Paulo neighborhood, from September 17th to October 29th, and will run from Tuesday to Saturday, including holidays, from 1pm to 9pm. On Sundays from 1pm to 7pm.
