CASACOR SP 2021 Spoiler! Architects reveal details of their projects

With CASACOR São Paulo 2021 getting closer and closer, expectations are also growing at the same rate. That's why we spoke to three of the more than 50 professionals in the cast to find out what we can expect from the show this year. Check out some spoilers below. !

Ticiane Lima's Tiny House

Confirmed for this edition, Ticiane Lima marks her return to the São Paulo show with a special idea, which seeks inspiration in Tiny Houses – small homes of no more than 40 m² that offer a simple and minimalist lifestyle. "I have a very special idea that I have been conceiving throughout the pandemic. I am going to make an essential house, a house that has few elements , but all of them are necessary," says the architect. "I'm going to take inspiration from this trend called Tiny Houses and create an essential home that will be suspended ."

Arthur Guimarães' aviation

Arthur Guimarães will explore a completely different concept. The architect will talk about man's desire to fly and explore the itinerant nature of human beings in his environment. At CASACOR São Paulo , the architect will be responsible for the Entrance Lounge .

"Since the most remote times, human beings have been nomadic by nature . After this long period of confinement, in deep reflection, we long to return to this exploratory character," says the architect. "From Greek mythology to the future that awaits us, we will tell in our project about man's desire to fly ", reveals Arthur Guimarães.

Living full of sensations by Melina Romano

Melina Romano is known for her spaces filled with affection and striking colors. Invited by Duratex , the architect will pursue her specialty and will be in charge of designing a house of sensations , capable of sharpening the five senses of visitors. "We understand that the new era calls for a more human way of living , a place that stimulates the five senses," says the architect. "That's why we're going to create a house of sensations, where the new luxury is the senses ."

About CASACOR Sao Paulo

CASACOR São Paulo is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year, from September to November. The exhibition venue will be prepared to comply with health protocols and guarantee the physical integrity of everyone during this pandemic period, whether during the construction, assembly , the visitation and dismantling of the event.
