Architecture, landscaping, and interior design professionals gathered last Monday, July 21, to kick off the 5th edition of
CASACOR Sergipe. The meeting with the brand's directors in the state took place at the Tiradentes Innovation Center in Aracaju and included representatives from national and local sponsors, as well as partner companies.
This year, the exhibition will be held at the
Palácio de Veraneio, which will host over
30 projects designed under the theme “
Sow Dreams,” a proposal that invites reflection on the sustainable future we want to build collectively. "The operational meeting officially marks the
beginning of work for the professionals who make up the cast of CASACOR 2025. This is a very important moment because we present the timeline and all the rules and deadlines that must be met so that we can deliver a memorable event to the public. Starting this week, they can already access the Palace and begin creating the projects,” explains
Rodrigo Fonseca, director of Projects and Relationships at CASACOR Sergipe.

Together with the State Government, CASACOR will promote the reconnection of the population with the iconic Palácio de Veraneio, which has been inactive since 2018.
The property has been renovated by the current state administration and will have a new usage. In addition to experiencing a unique perspective around living, visitors will have the opportunity to
know the main house, where the new office of the governor Fábio Mitidieri will function. The building will also house the Historical-Cultural Memorial of the Palace, which is being designed by the CASACOR team.
The professionals who will sign the projects of the exhibition highlighted the importance of participating in this moment of valuing Sergipe's heritage. "The expectation for CASACOR Sergipe 2025 is great. I believe that everyone is creating a
discovery imaginary about what the Palácio de Veraneio is. Beyond the memory of what happened there, we cannot fail to highlight the architectural project, the building, and the constructive elements that are now on the list for recognition as cultural heritage of Aracaju or, perhaps, the State of Sergipe,” emphasized architect Viviane Oliveira. The
CASACOR Sergipe 2025 will be open for visitation from October 10 to November 30, at the Palácio de Veraneio, located at Avenida Governador Paulo Barreto de Menezes, No. 2240, in the Farolândia neighborhood, in Aracaju. Access will be through the side road (Rua Amaralina), open Tuesday to Saturday from 4 PM to 9:30 PM, and Sundays from 4 PM to 8:30 PM.
