CASACOR Espírito Santo celebrates 30 years in 2026 at the former Hotel Canto do Sol, inspired by the theme "Mind and Heart"

CASACOR Espírito Santo is counting down to the edition in which it celebrates 30 years. This year, the show will occupy the emblematic former Hotel Canto do Sol, on Praia de Camburi, with 41 projects conceived around the theme "Mind and Heart".
The directors of the Espírito Santo edition, Ligia Diniz and Felipe Fioroti, welcomed the lineup and partners for the operational meeting – an event that marks the official start of the show's creative work – at the Hotel Senac Ilha do Boi last Wednesday, March 25. The event also featured the strategic participation of Pedro Ariel Santana, CASACOR's Content and Relationship Director.

"Staying at home is the most lucid form of resistance," said Pedro Ariel, quoting the philosopher Byung-Chul Han, as he presented the guidelines and trends that guide the 2026 national theme. The concept is an invitation for architects, designers, and landscape architects to explore the home as a refuge of healing and balance in times of information overload and the advance of artificial intelligence.
“Pedro Ariel’s presence is a differentiator for our lineup. He brings CASACOR’s macro view in Brazil, aligning the aesthetic and functional expectations that will make our 30-year show an unforgettable milestone for the state,” says director Ligia Diniz.

In parallel, the infrastructure work at the former Hotel Canto do Sol continues at a fast pace under the leadership of Donna Obra. The "skeleton" of the spaces will be handed over to the professionals next week, kicking off the assembly of the 41 projects that make up the 30th edition.
“Our purpose is to deliver a great CASACOR. We will have many events, culture, sports, and networking. We want to transform the show into an experiential space,” emphasized Felipe Fioroti.
CASACOR ES will occupy a total area of 3,300 m², featuring a variety of typologies ranging from lofts and studios to event and gastronomy spaces, with floor areas up to 250 m². The show will be open to the public from July 16 to September 6, 2026.
