The Glass House, by architect Cristina Menezes, was one of the 38 Brazilian projects that won the most anticipated design award in the world!

This week, the list of one of the most anticipated design awards in the world, the iF Design Award , was released. Of the 101 Brazilian entries, 38 projects were awarded, one of which was a space at CASA COR Minas Gerais 2015. In the Architecture and Interiors category, the Glass House , designed by Cristina Menezes, was one of the winning projects.
The winning projects were chosen by an international jury of 58 design professionals who met in Germany from January 19 to 21 to evaluate the projects submitted from around the world. The best projects will be presented at a special ceremony on February 26 in Munich, Germany. The winning companies will use the renowned iF seal on their products and projects, in addition to being included in the iF online exhibition, which receives approximately 200,000 visits per month. They will also become part of the iF WORLD DESIGN GUIDE, a digital reference platform for companies, offices, agencies, institutions and design professionals from around the world. And to the delight of architect Cristina, another of her projects, at CASA COR Minas 2013, the Pocket House , received the International Property Awards 2015/2016 in the Best Architecture category in December 2015.
