The
Deca Award is now accepting entries for its
27th edition , with an expansion of the category. An initiative that brings together and honors talent from different regions of Brazil, the award offers
other opportunities for participation , highlighting its legacy of bringing
new interpretations and uses to
bathrooms and
kitchens . The competition is held by
DEXperience , Deca's specifier relationship program, which also includes the brands
Duratex, Castelatto and
Ceusa , in addition to
Portinari , a supporter of the award. Registration is now open and closes on

Professionals compete with projects executed in the categories
Residential Bathroom; CASACOR Bathroom; Residential Kitchen; CASACOR Kitchen; Corporate – a new category that considers bathrooms, lavatories, pantries and kitchens for these environments, and in the Product category, with a 3D project. Furthermore, for this group, the edition inaugurates the category
“Environments for Living Well” , projects in
photorealistic images, with bathroom products, designed in
a more sustainable way , highlighting
design as a tool for reconciliation with the future, and promoting
well-being for the user and the environment. Students compete with
rendered projects in the Bathroom, Kitchen and Product categories.

The jury will be made up of
architects, engineers and
interior designers ,
personalities related to design and representatives of entities in the sector . Participants may submit more than one project in any of the categories. The best projects in each category in both groups will receive awards, totaling ten winners. The award will be officially announced in a
talk held by Deca at the DEXperience Arena, the program's stand at
Expo Revestir. For professionals, the prize will be an
international trip , the destination of which will be revealed during the
talk , and for students, a notebook and a combo of licenses for Sketchup and V-Ray. All winners will participate in an
immersive tour of the Deca factory . Participation in the Deca Awards also offers points for DEXperience. Interested participants must register on the specifier relationship platform,
