Gustavo Penna and Ester Carro represent the CASACOR cast among the winners of the APCA Award 2025, with awards for Architecture Projects in Brazil and for Activism, respectively.

The award from the São Paulo Association of Art Critics also announced the winners in the categories Visual Arts, Cinema, Dance, Literature, Classical Music, Popular Music, Radio, Theater, Children and Youth Theater, and Television. The 70th award ceremony and trophy presentation is scheduled for May, at the Teatro Sérgio Cardoso in São Paulo.
In addition to the CASACOR cast, other names were also awarded in the Architecture category. For Trajectory, the winner was the Teuba Arquitetura office. For Architectural Work in São Paulo, the SIAA collective and the Apiacás office for the Sesc Franca project. For Urban Resistance, the Container Theater. As Revelation, the Arquipélago office was chosen. In the subcategory Borders of Architecture, Renata Lucas was selected for the exhibition Sunday in the Park.
The choice of names was made after voting, which included Fernando Serapião, Francesco Perrotta-Bosch, Hugo Segawa, Ivo Giroto, Maria Isabel Villac, Mônica Junqueira de Camargo, Nadia Somekh, Pedro Vieira, Sabrina Fontenele.
