Casa Viva Award: Half Bossa Nova and Rock'n Roll, by Jéssica Araújo.

Half Bossa Nova and Rock'n Roll - Jéssica Araújo. Nature is a framed work of art that surrounds the loft and recovers an essentially Brazilian DNA, such as bossa nova. This rhythm is represented in the handcrafted elements and the smooth movement of the design lines. The presence of steel and concrete, as well as the cooler tones, convey the rock'n'roll spirit.

Originality Award: La Vita é Bella, by Tatiana Campos Melo.

La Vita È Bella - Tatiana Campos Melo. Gathering friends and family, reading a book or relaxing. The space softens the rush of everyday life with the lightness of white - a sensation also suggested by the central glass table and the swing. The vertical garden and the loose sofa in the middle of the room, with seats on both sides, transform the space into one of the family's favorite corners.

Best Environment Award: Activity on the Slab, by Fernando Rocha and Marcos Malamut.

Activity on the Slab - Fernando Rocha and Marcos Malamut. The project is developed on the large slab on the hillside, connected to the landscape that stretches from the Lacerda Elevator to Ponta de Humaitá. The perfect place for relaxation, where there are areas for socializing and contemplation, spaces with moving water and a vegetal screen. Everything is visually integrated, including the floor layout.
