To taste: three gastronomic options at CASACOR Ribeirão Preto
The 2nd edition of CASACOR Ribeirão Preto , which takes place from August 7th to September 22nd, will be full of good news and new experiences. The show, in addition to bringing inspirations in architecture, design, decoration and landscaping, will feature the haute cuisine of commercial establishments designed exclusively for the event: Bar CASACOR operated by Cachaçaria Sebastiana; Café Oficcina PortoBello – run by Abraçaço Café; and Bar and Restaurant CASACOR Arauco Melamina – designed by chef Leonardo Aguiar.
With a welcoming, contemporary and cosmopolitan atmosphere, which brings a bold combination of materials, textures and colors, Bar CASACOR is designed by Marcelo Camargo Arquitetura. The menu features all the originality and concept of the traditional Cachaçaria Sebastiana, from Ribeirão Preto. There are several options of spirits, beers and special house cocktails, as well as a variety of snacks, including: carpaccio lollipop, burrata and stuffed cheese breads. At the Café Oficcina PortoBello space, renowned designer Jader Almeida transformed a coffee break into a moment of contemplation and inspiration within the exhibition circuit. The elegant and contemporary spirit is reinforced by the use of wood, the wide openings and the suspended table. with an exclusive design for the project. The Doty stools and the Icon bookcase in the cafeteria, the Arandela Ponto lamp and the Sonata sink in the washroom are also signed by Jader. The operation of the place will be by Abraçaço, a café-bar in the city, which brings a healthy Brazilian menu, with seasonal fruit options, fresh produce and artisanal treats, as well as good coffee. Designed by Par Projetos, architects Mariana Hetem and Pedro Conde created a unique environment for the CASACOR Arauco Melamina Bar and Restaurant . The professionals' proposal was to create an experience at the location, in which the customer's involvement can go beyond the food and involve awakening of emotions and senses. Neutral tones bring warmth to the imposing space - disguised by curtains, which give it a theatrical aspect, as do the rope lights and "floating" mirrors. The sensory experience also extends to a pink salt bench , which stimulates the senses. Under the command of chef Leonardo Aguiar, the restaurant offers options for a complete meal as well as quick snacks, appetizers, salads and desserts. The menu highlights dishes with cod, duck, shrimp, lamb and shitake. To enjoy the gastronomic experiences, the event offers visitors a special ticket for R$15.00 - valid from 7pm, which allows access only to the outside area of the house, where the bar, café and restaurant are located. restaurant. Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 3pm to 9pm, Saturday from 12pm to 10pm and Sundays and holidays from 12pm to 8pm.
