CASACOR Ceará Open House: check out what's new in the 2024 edition!

The Open House of the 2024 edition of CASACOR Ceará was marked by important announcements and the revelation of details about this year's show. The event was attended by Isaac Andrade, municipal secretary of Region 12, Helena Barbosa, superintendent of Centro Dragão do Mar and Élcio Batista, vice-mayor of Fortaleza, as well as the press, architecture professionals and business partners. The meeting took place at the new headquarters of the exhibition, in the Praia de Iracema neighborhood — one of the most iconic locations in Fortaleza. This year, CASACOR Ceará is aligning itself with the works carried out by the City of Fortaleza for the requalification and urbanization of the beach. "It is an honor to accept the invitation to participate in this urban transformation project,” said Neuma Figueirêdo , director of CASACOR Ceará, during the Open House.

New environments and event structure

During the Open House, it was revealed that the 2024 edition of CASACOR Ceará should have, on average, 40 environments , distributed in a total space of 7,000m². Highlights include:

• Living Environments : Highlight for a complete project of a 260m² apartment.
• Corporate Environments : Modern and functional spaces.
• Commercial Wing : Four store operations.
• Entertainment Environments : Restaurant, bar and café.

Visitors can expect an immersive and diverse experience that goes beyond the exhibition spaces. The program includes live music, gastronomy and art workshops, ensuring entertainment for all tastes. The exhibition also celebrates design, promoting crafts and culture in a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation.
